The initial service was good
The initial service was good, but after the first usage, I was no longer able to log into my account. I could not receive emails from Spokeo, Therefore, I could not reset my password. Subsequently, not able to get the service I paid for. After calling Spokeo customer care, they refused to remedy the situation but instead sought to partially refund the subscription amount. And still after providing another email address I was unable to receive emails from Spokeo or log into my account. So, basically, they have not rendered the service advertised.
