Fast response to change my delivery address. Also received phone call to reassure me that my sim card will be delivered to the delivery address (instead of billing address)

I was pretty sure that I dropped my wallet in the Air France plane seat but there is no number to call and I could only fill in the form for the plane, and airport separately. I lost my wallet on November 30 and gave up all hope after a week with no response. I received a notification on December 18 that it has been found. Made the request for it to be shipped to a nearby collection point in Paris and had it back on December 20th morning. 12euro for the lost and found service and 9euro for it to be shipped (better than the roundtrip cost and time to airport). All in all, ok. Would have been nice if the Air France staff could have checked for me instead of waiting for it to be found by someone as I have provided the seat number as well.
