The location at 49 Archdale Street, Charleston, SC is unreliable. I had a CONFIRMED Saturday appointment [06 June 2026 at 1000] as did four other people, only to find this shop is closed on the weekends!

The USPS mail carrier stated, "they have been closing on the weekends for awhile." The Customer Service telephone numbers [all three] did NOT work. The Parent company had zero idea of the Saturday closing.

To date, NO satisfactory answer from parent company.

Unfortunately, a Rating of ZERO Stars is not allowed.

After a long 3 year wait, it was obvious the book, Churchill Volume III, is unlikely to be published. Hence, I asked for a refund of the US $119.00 prepaid.

To date, 01 May 2026, many excuses received but NO refund!

Dishonest merchant.

Nine months ago, February 2025, I ordered a tie from Passaggio Cravatte [Gianni is the owner] with a promised delivery date of approximately four weeks. To date, November 2025, I have received many excuses from Gianni but no tie or refund (US $201.00).

Update: On 24 November 2025, the tie arrived.
Pros: Good silk material
Cons: (1) No maker's label (2) whilst the tie has interfacing, it is UNLINED!
