i ordered a ukulele and i was expecting…

i ordered a ukulele and i was expecting it to be a bit bigger and didint realise there is two different types and i have been trying to return it but i havnt been sent a shipping label to return i have emailed and messaged zoundhouse and have heard nothing
i spent my own pocket money and it wasn’t cheap i am very upset by all this as all i want is to return it back and receive a refund

i ordered a card for my dads birthday…

i ordered a card for my dads birthday and i asked for it to be delivered in a couple days before his bd and it’s his bd today and still no card im very cross as i am not able to get him a card so i thought i would order a nice one off here for it now not only be 2 days late but ive contacted there ai system and thy havnt even printed it very poor from them
