As far as surveys are concerned this is a decent app. However, it does have its issues. As an example.. I've been a member for around a year. And at first? Zero issues! Every $5 withdrawal to PayPal? The email would show up in my inbox immediately. Then for no reason inexplicably, they started putting a review hold on every $5 withdrawal? While I understand it says it can take up to 72 hours it was instant always. After a while, I decided to email support to ask what the issue is do they need me to verify anymore details identification etc? And I was told no. And the customer service just gave me a form letter response explaining about up to 72 hours blah blah blah! Ridiculous! Based on this I do not recommend this app as you will be met with delays without justification and inconsistencies like this.👎👎

Excellent website for surveys and earning a little extra cash. One caveat is don't expect to receive your money instantly because they seem to arbitrarily hold your money for review? And then they always release it anyway but it can be anywhere from a few hours to a day kind of ridiculous. Other than that I would have rated it five stars but that brings the rating down. Unnecessary delays.
