Bilal was super. Very polite and a great driver.

Initially this esim was great once I got it installed. Worked great in Europe and British Isles.
However...... When I tried to get it "topped up" I spent over 3 hours in 3 different chats waiting for their customer service experts before capitulating and giving up!
Problem is the AI assistant hands off to next level of expertise and basically leaves you not knowing when the next "person" will come back to the chat. Also chat times out after 3 minutes so you cannot leave the chat on your phone/laptop in case you miss the "expert" coming on.
I wasted 3 hours of my day in Europe and for this I give Holafly a 1 star rating.
Will not use them again due to this type of customer service
