Mike was so helpful and fixed my lock in 20 minutes, and I had to wait less than an hour for him to arrive after I called! Another locksmith company I had called told me site unseen on the phone that I would need to pay (a lot) to completely change my lock, and Mike was completely honest with me upon arriving that it was not the case, and I paid a very reasonable price for good work. I will be going back to them if I have other problems with my locks in the future!
