Shame ! What a scam, this is on a very new level. using technology as an excuse to rob people off ! People are new to this technology specially in a country like Germany. They must have been making tons of money using their excuses to fine people. specially the places that hire them. those are the real scammers!

I wish the company had a better customer communication service provided. My order took longer than expected but it finally arrived after a few weeks of delay. Hopefully, they can improve the shipment and communication in the future.

In this case, the delay was caused by a postponed shipment from the minting house—something unfortunately beyond our control. We expect the products to arrive this week and your order will be shipped immediately after.
We also want to clarify that your email was received on a Sunday, and the following Monday was a national public holiday in the Netherlands.
