The agent was very helpful but my issue is still not resolved. My domain is not being added to GetResponse, its an issue on their end, and there is no resolution in sight.

Terrible dreadful customer service

Booking was easy. All I want is a VAT receipt for my stay and I cannot speak to a real person just this silly chat bot that sends you round in circles. Will never book with Roomdi again.
