Strange experience with Ronin(managing director) at a viewing today. When discussing the sale of our home, Ronin’s reaction was unusual, where he paused for some time staying silent. Instead of simply saying he wouldn’t take an offer from us until we were sale agreed, which is fair, he implied our estate agents were untrustworthy. His tone was rude and he was dismissive when we asked him to bear us in mind for other properties. Not personable at all, left the viewing feeling a little disrespected.

The same driver generally delivers to our house- Stephen I think, and he is wonderful- considerate and won’t just leave parcels outside. He will always put out of view or rain and is very considerate. Other drivers are not as helpful and often leave items on the front step.
