normally had good experience with people working but the company itself should invest some money in their tools - its fascinating how poorly organized everything is. if I would not be lazy to change the provider, I would definitely do it. so for new users I would say brace yourself for long resolving issues, endless calls and visits.

Really nice customer service but otherwise useless processes. Been in the new flat since June and back then there numerous ‘technicians’ coming to set the internet cable, only to find out after a month it is in fact impossible. Now have been waiting for a new router for over a week, getting emails daily that it will be delivered on the same day but always gets sent back without explaining and when asked Magenta, they would not know how to help. Sad ! And when asked to pick up in the shop then i would lose 2weeks trial period!
