TOO EXPENSIVE

Unfortunately I have to update my original review. While the service is very fast, the price is just too expensive rendering it not worth it. They charged me 50€ for 2 knives… that’s insane. I only agreed to sign up and try it all because the original quote was showing less than 17€, so you could imagine my shock, disappointment, and frustration paying way wayyyyy more than that. Contacted customer service and they didn’t really care to keep me as customer so I will delete my account and warn others of the high cost.

I’m at a loss for words

I’m at a loss for words. Device was completely defective. Will not play if not plugged in. I took it back to the store and they said they’ve already had many complaints and returns regarding the battery, so they swapped it out for us no problem. Brought the new one home, SAME ISSUE!!!!! What is going on? This is not a cheap device at 100€ price point, and not to mention the excessive cost of the figurines. If you’re gonna lead parents into a money pit, please deliver us something!

Families beware… don’t waste your money on this inferior tech.
