Excellent sales team at the Bristol store who led us very patiently through the creation of our kitchen from start to finish. Any changes to our original design were never a problem, and their patient and supportive approach was really appreciated. Delivery was very well organised and punctual, with all kitchen items delivered on time. The no quibble approach to replacement items for the kitchen was a real feature of the whole Wren service. When you are spending a lot of money on one room in your house, you want to feel that customer service from a company. We really did feel very valued as customers, which is important to me.
