Primal HIIT Package.

Primal HIIT Package.
Was a little skeptical at first ordering gym equipment from a business I wasn't fully aware of.
The equipment is really good quality and was very easy to assemble. It was great value vs similar brands I was looking in to.
Customer Service has been one of the best experiences, especially following up to see how everything is going.. a nice touch. Well done.
I would have given 5 stars but everything arrived one day earlier than anticipated, which could have caused a few problems had I not had help.
Overall very happy

We only partner with the best gym brands in the country and having equipment which is user friendly is very important to us.

We value our customers and we like to check up once in a while to see if there is anything that we can do better. We want to ensure out customers get great customer service and fast delivery times and there are defiantly worse ways to lose 1 star than having a delivery arriving early!!

Good luck if you get a Charge from Indra

Since my EV charger has been installed (Nov-23) I’ve had nothing but problems with charging my vehicle. Rebooting from the mains and losing connection all the time. Ive even bought a WiFi booster which hasn’t sorted the problem. The Customer Service is not great with being told they don’t see any issues!! Now I have to contact the installer to fix the problem!!
It’s pot luck if I plug in and it chargers. The schedule does not work either meaning I’m paying a much higher tariff to boost my car during the day.. and that’s when it works..!
No a great experience and introduction in buying an Electric Vehicle.

As you may know, Indra home chargers have several options for connectivity: wifi; 4G dongle; hard wired and your installer should be able to advise you on the best option for your home set-up.
