They never delivered the item and would never respond to my emails. They stole my money.

My daughter tried repeatedly to cancel her insurance prior to a gap year trip and when finally they answered the phone, they took the next month’s payment off her as a cancellation fee! She’s a student who worked hard to reuse the money for her trip, paid through the nose for overpriced student car insurance, never claimed for anything and now they won’t pause her insurance but are very happy to strip off her no claims bonus and charge her for cancelling! Disgraceful!
