I brought my car to Amag Fribourg to…

I brought my car to Amag Fribourg to have my clutch replaced( a standard normal procedure) over 5 months ago. After spending approximately 4000 chf on the parts and labor I was told I could come pick up my car, the min I sat in my car and tried to start it it wouldn’t start, it said “push clutch to start car”. I was in disbelief, I tried several times, with no luck, so I went back in to find the agent that was attending to me, he then came out with me and I showed him what was happening, 1 try 2 tries 3rd try it started up, to where he replied oh it’s normal. I repeated to him it’s normal? He said yes. So trusting him or half trusting him I least as I needed my car. This problem of starting the car persisted for months and only became worse. So I took my car back to Amag, they said they’d have to order a new part and it would be fine. So I once again waited for another week for them to fix the issue, again I went to pick up my car and this time when I picked up my car it started so I was happy until I notice the ERC light was now on, which after looking into it is not a good thing and can be a warning light with serious problems attached. I called and agai. The guy deflected me and told me this is normal. I laughed and said no I then took my car to another Amag located in Bulle( where they were amazing and helpful) the complete opposite of the Amag in Fribourg. I then left my car in Bulle it was later towed to Fribourg as unfortunately for me is where I had the initial fix take place. They did not give me a replacement vehicle I had to find my own. Keep in mind that five months has gone by at this point. I was then told that they would source the issue and they did two weeks later I go pick up my car and it starts perfectly fine and as I’m pulling out, I hear clunk clunk clunk as my suspension is bottoming out on the vehicle which means my suspension has popped, also when I picked up my car there was 250 km added onto the vehicle as I reset my mileage to zero when I dropped it off there was not 250 km and I don’t know if it’s normal for a dealership to drive your car for 250 km, it seems out of the ordinary to me. So while the car was under their care and they driven it to have 50 km my DRL system on my 2008 Audi RS four has popped and is now bottoming out. They told me it’s not their fault you tell me if you borrow someone’s car and ruin it while you’re driving it who’s fault is it?
Needless to say, I will never return to Amag Fribourg, and I regret, not taking the warnings that I was told from several people not to ever take my car there to be fixed shame on them and too bad for me, I suppose.
