3- 5 Day Delivery Misleading - Expect nearer 2 weeks.
This marketing of delivery dates is very misleading and I have reported this to Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Ireland. I also paid an extra 3 euro this time for priority packaging which has made no difference what so ever.

Our advertised delivery estimates are based on normal carrier performance, but that doesn’t change the fact that your experience fell short of expectations. Priority packaging affects how quickly orders are handled in our warehouse, but once the parcel leaves us, delivery speed depends on the carrier. That said, the overall experience is still our responsibility.
Please send us your order number so we can review exactly what happened with your shipment and packaging upgrade. We want to look at the full timeline and ensure we give you a clear explanation.
