Like so many other reviews...absolutely shocking company. Ordered a jacket which, when received, looked nothing like as advertised. Horrendous in every way. 20% discount offer does not make it wearable. They are responsible for paying for a return if of unsatisfactory quality but they continue to insist I should pay. They should be banned from trading. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered a number of items via website and one item was missing. Eventually got through on the chat to advise and this was followed up by a 'do not respond to' email advising me no items were missing!! Cannot get back on the chat, no email address, no telephone numbers. Terrible service and subsequently out of pocket.
