BEWARE BUYER! Another company giving the impression of being here in the USA, but they are clearly based and ship from China. $45 for expedited shipping because it is China! No contact, just email. Should have known. At least we should receive our product today. WHO knows what it is made of and the quality. Tired of websites looking legit, but really hiding they are based in China. Another Chinese company took payment, but we never received the product. Shameful.

Impression that I am ordering from a US based company, but product arrived arrived from China. Warning label, too for a Fitbit band. Going to attempt to return. Be careful.

Have a doctor prescribed referral for a bilateral breast ultrasound (to avoid the almost 20 years of radiating mammograms). Radiologyassist will only do the ultrasound if I have a mammogram within a year of my ultrasound. Crazy. Not to mention I'm paying out of pocket, but to tie my ultrasound to a mammogram, completed by them, is a major conflict of interest. I wonder why?

BE AWARE!!!: What company offers a service, but isn't transparent on what they charge? I see that mine isn't the first complaint...I have no idea how much they are charging for their services. I discovered for one date, 2 charges, totaling $500!! They aren't easy to contact either! Via chat, that was difficult to locate, they let me know they didn't have a way to let me know what they are charging?! They stated they were wrong and the chat representative sent me a pdf with general, but no specific charge information. It was a joke. I'm happy with their therapists, but have no idea until I receive an insurance statement, what they are billing. It appears they are billing too much and not willing to disclose what they are billing. I have reported to the FTC.
