Horrible company, they don't help you with anything and they deny financing without giving you an explanation. They make things extremely difficult to understand and to do and it's basically imposible to talk to customer service. I've been trying to finance a phone for a while now and all they do is reject my application when I went to the store and uploaded all the documents with the store attendants making sure I was doing it correctly and then don't even notify me that it's been canceld until I called and after 30 minutes of waiting finally got to talk to a person they tell me it's been denied and won't give me the reason why. HORRIBLE. Apple make better choices with another bank.


Empresa horrible, no te ayudan en nada y deniegan la financiación sin darte una explicación. Hacen las cosas extremadamente difíciles de entender y de hacer y es básicamente imposible hablar con atención al cliente.
