Sevice is terrible
The house was ok, the company Novasol wasn't. Before our vacation I had questions, I never had answers. We left a valuabal item in the house. We contacted Novasol 10 times and never had an answer. The number of the owner of the house didn't excist. We contacten the emergency number 3 times to get answers. No more Novasol for me.
