I have always been a loyal customer to Apoteket, but after this experience I am extremely disappointed. My order (a very small package that should have fit in the mailbox) was marked as delivered by Early Bird, but nothing was ever delivered.

I immediately checked my mailbox the same morning – empty. All delivery details were correct, and I’ve ordered from Apoteket several times before using PostNord without any issues. When I contacted customer service, they simply repeated that the courier claims it was delivered, without offering any real help.

Afterwards I read several reviews from other customers with the exact same problem with Early Bird: packages marked as delivered but never received. It is very frustrating that Apoteket continues to use such an unreliable courier, leaving customers to lose both time, money, and vouchers.

Sadly, I will consider ordering from other pharmacies in the future.

I purchased 1kg of creatine and 1kg of citrulline malate from bulk (Italy) and they arrived at destination in just a few days and properly packaged in a cardboard box. Bulk’s prices where lower than the rest of supplements brands (in Italy) and the products seem to be of good quality.
