The customer service is exceptional. They are prompt and professional. I will definitely shop with them again!

My son and I took the day off and traveled an hour to spend the day here to find out many of our favorite attractions were under maintenance (the ferris wheel, bumper cars, tea pot ride, drop zone and rock climbing were all closed). Staff was friendly and my son was happy at the end so I still gave it 3 stars.
