Aydinbey gold dreams hotel

The hotel, aydinbey dreams in Alanya was not deserving of its 5 stars OTB state, the pickup from hotel was a long drive - nearly 2 hours? However they collected us from our hotel 6 hours before our flight.
The hotel was more 4 star, rude staff, most staff didn’t speak English, you had to get your own drinks, no waiter service. We booked the hotel on star rating and trip advisor reviews, maybe as end of season they had had enough, there was no entertainment, the Turkish night was a slice of cake then Turkish music from speakers and guests dancing, kareoki and in one week one night of entertainment a singer. I received £500 worth of these flight…

I received £500 worth of these flight gift vouchers for a wedding present, we were delighted, however when I came to redeem them the price was extortionate I expected to pay slightly more for my flights ie admin fee, but I had to pay considerably more. I contacted them direct and I must say they were very helpful and helped me get my next flight at a great price so thumbs up for customer service
