Terrible mistake, avoid
Well, I was sure I booked through official Sagrada Familia website, as they mimic the official site, including the site's names. While normal tickets cost 44 euros, I paid 67 euros for nothing. No cancellation or refund is possible under any circumstances, as they claim - of course, this is a lie, and if only people have more time and desire to get those guys to trial, I guess they can be fined beautifully for this scam.
Avoid. Double-check where you buy your tickets and use only official sites!

Regarding the price, our tariff includes not only the entrance, but also our booking management, customer support and the digital content we provide. The total amount is always shown clearly before payment, and each customer must accept both the price and the Terms and Conditions in order to finalise the booking.
As for cancellations and refunds, our policy follows European regulations, according to which dated and timed tickets are not refundable once the booking has been confirmed, as they are linked to a specific service at a specific time.
We would also like to reassure you that the tickets issued through our platform are valid for access to the monument, and that our website include visible disclaimers and legal information.
