Worse service ever! I booked a parking and when I arrived there was nobody for checking in. I waited 10 minutes and a guy arrived with a car. (Lateron I understand they don't have navetta and they give passages by car- which I'mnot sure it'seven legal for such providers).
During checking in they took som much time and when I said how long does it take the lady called "Corina" said 3 minutes I said ok good because I don't want to loose my flight and she said you had to organize better and had to arrived earlier! I arrived in the parking 1:40 min before my flight. I explained I arrived on time but no one was there to do the check in! Anyway, when I was separating my car keys she rudely told me do you need nore time? She was so rude and impolite and I can't imagine how she still works there with such client service. At the end I told her I'm a client and you need to behave nicer with clients, I will write a review and guess again what she responded: do you want to try me? ( vuoi mettermi alla prova?).
If I find a scratch or damage on my car I know who to claim for the damage.
Really rude woman, not professional and uneducated person.
One last thing: they do not bring you to the airport, they live you around 300 meters before the airport and you have to walk, so if you have heavy luggage or are with kids, it's not recommended, actually I do not recommend this parking AT ALL!
