At first she was not sure if the hotel I requested was available.
She contacted the hotel and phoned me back an hour later confirming the hotel was available.Deborah was most professional and helpful in every way.

My two last orders went missing.I was told they were dispatched then went missing. I have been trying to sort it out for 2 months now I have still not received my order and there is no status for my order in my account.
Please read my emails and see how unsatisfactory your service has been. You are talking about returning a faulty item,I never received or returned a faulty item.
