Please be advised that David Taylor is a complete cowboy and his manager Ms Abigail Jacket is rather petulant .

Ripped off a military veteran to the sun of £120

If you complain you get a rude reply.

David Taylor spent less than 12 minutes doing a very small job and yet bodged it up.

Do not believe the advert about your car looking as good as new and the alleged lifetime guarantee.

The individual charged £120.

Going down to inspect the work after he left it was noticed but there was spray paint over the brake disc and brake caliper.

Also the small chip he was supposed to repair you could still see.

And on looking at the CCTV footage which covers the car the whole time he spent there he spent less than 12 minutes on the car.

£10 per minute the £120 works out at.

Please do not fall foul of chips away it is not a company that can be trusted anymore.

It was only after reviewing CCTV footage when I went back down to inspect the wheel that I found out what an absolute cowboy and clown David Taylor from chips away is.

And then Abigail jacket the area manager sends an arrogant petulant email to me because I had the audacity to complain about paint being sprayed all over the brake disc and break caliper and the chip that was there not being done to the high professional standard that they claim to do .

It was as though a child did the job.

This most certainly is not a company that I could recommend to anybody.

If you want to pay over the odds for a budge job them most definitely chips away is the company you want.

No messing around got straight on to the task in hand.

Polite, courteous and cleaned up after,not that he made any mess.

As a man of honesty integrity I can highly recommend the company drain unblocking 247.

Unfortunately optical express is not a company in my honest held opinion can be recommended.

I was promised after care after concerns I raised in relation to reviews and video reviews I have seen.
Optical express were constantly told I have an issue with one of my eyes.

They are saying as 3 months is over and done with I now have to pay to have my eyes checked and pay should I need another operation.

They made promises over the phone and have not followed through.
Is a man of honest in integrity I expect others to show honest integrity.

Especially with a company you pay thousands of pounds too.

Please do not fall of all their advertising.
The company is dishonest and untrustworthy.

They will tell you what you want to hear to get your money.

Do your research with other companies.
Have a look and see how many protests have been made in relation to optical express ruining people's lives.

I am very surprised that they have been able to continue with such apprentice.

Aftercare is not their priority.
Customer service is not their priority.

Getting your money and making profit is their priority and money is their god.

There may well be a previously rehearsed spontaneous response from somebody from their team, someone who has spoken to a legal advisor to try and contradict what I have stated.

Please do not fall to this company.
Otherwise you will be exactly the same as me, wishing you had listened to those people with the bad experiences.

What a shame you do not do enhance criminal records check.
You have a man in your employment who you have let loose on many TV sets where there are children.
He sent disgusting images to what he believed was a 13 year old.
He was arrested for child sex offenses and is going to be reinvestigated therefore his name cannot be put here in fear that it may interfere with his court appearance when re-arrested and charged.
