I am really disappointed. I have been costumer fit many years. In my sabatical I got robbed so over a month I got no use of my payments.
Instead of sending me real mails that payments are missing, the just sended emails in the app that nobody is using and quitted my contract with a fee of 150 Euro. Really the badest service and they don't care about their costumers at all. All efforts to stay in contract are Not possible. Really the worst costumer treatment ever experienced
