I appreciate your feedback, and I recognize how important tipping is for your line of work. I always hope for all customers on our platform to leave a tip on their orders, to ensure that the staff of our catering and delivery partners are compensated for their work. Though we cannot force our customers to tip as some of their employers prohibit tipping, if a customer does leave a tip that tip will go to you. ezCater is a marketplace, not a delivery company, if the customer left a tip and you did not receive it, we urge you to discuss this with your delivery partner that you are employed with in regards to their compensation and tipping procedures. I am sorry that you’ve had such a poor experience with tips when delivering our orders. You are also welcome to call us at 1-800-488-1803 and an agent will be happy to go over which order you delivered to provide you with the customer’s tip amount that was left if there was one, so that you will be able to bring this to your delivery partner to have this conversation.
