Order Processing can be problematic
Placed my second order 10 days ago. Assured would be with me within the week. Subsequent email sent to chase, recieved no response. Third email sent, received auto reply stating would reply within 24 to 48hrs. Not good enough!
Have since recieved communication and within 2wks of order being placed, have now recieved partial refund as apology and order delivery escalated to priority and thankfully recieved and much appreciated.

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologise for the delay with your order and for the lack of communication you experienced when trying to contact us.
I completely understand your frustration, and I am sorry that we did not provide the level of service you expected from us.
I have sent you an email regarding a resolution to this matter. As part of that resolution, I have arranged a replacement order and processed compensation for the delay. I will also be personally monitoring the replacement shipment and will provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
