I ran a CarFax report for a used car I was selling. I noticed two entries where the odometer reading in Carfax records were obviously incorrect. One entry showed the mileage jumped 111126 in just a few months! They are telling me that I have to go back to the states involved to ask them to correct their records. Well, I didn’t own the car when these Carfax errors occurred! In my opinion, this is why CarFax reports are unreliable & could contain misleading records & They don’t seem to care about fixing obvious errors.

I recently purchased tickets for UWG football 10/19. I was sent tickets by email with another person's name on them. Also the price on the tickets were not the same as what I paid for my tickets. I contacted the customer service and this is what they texted me. "Due to the fact that these tickets were resold on our ticket marketplace, seeing another person's name displayed on your tickets is perfectly normal". I consider this an unethical business practice not to mention a security concern as they are sending out tickets with another person's name on them. Plus they added $27 for I’m guessing is for fees! Over 50%!!!! I will not buy from GoTickets again & I recommend based on my experience that you not purchase from them.

I made an appointment for today at 11am for your Sharpsburg GA location for a front-end alignment. I arrived at 10:55am & was told there would be a FOUR HR wait!?!?! I asked him what good was your reservation system & he said that system was a corporate thing & they didn’t use it!!! I then told him he was about to lose a customer for life - he didn’t seem to care at all!
