They prevent you from unsubscribing by
- forcing you on a route to unsubscribe from add-on YOU DO NOT HAVE therefore actually blocking you from interrupting payments
- IF you have a chance to get a response in their chat they actually block you by not assisting you and instead asking you why you want to cancel... hello? I don't need to provide an answer. Cancel that damn subscription.
With all that being said it's completely useless to talk about the features.
