Language-Based Rejection: Discriminatory and Unacceptable Sales Practice
I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with your sales process. Despite expressing high interest in your services, offering to pay extra, and seeking a comprehensive package, I was ultimately refused any service solely due to a perceived language barrier.
I was explicitly told that you only take on German-speaking clients to "avoid misunderstandings in the important topics of accounting and taxes." However, I repeatedly offered viable solutions to mitigate this concern, including:
1. Written Communication in German: I confirmed that all written communication could be conducted in German.
2. In-Person Translation: I volunteered to bring a professional German translator for any necessary calls or in-person meetings.
Despite these proactive proposals, which required no change to your internal processes, the decision was still made to decline my business.
I was surprised and frustrated by the lack of effort to find a solution. It felt discriminatory to be refused service when I was fully prepared to accommodate your language requirement. Given that I was previously presented with an offer and your website contains no language disclaimer, the sudden reversal and lack of flexibility were extremely poor.
I cannot recommend a company that shows zero willingness to work with potential clients, even when the client offers to fully resolve the company's only stated concern.
