This took a very long time to arrive - over 3 months! However, this timescale included a failed delivery that was halted by Furniture Village who deemed the product did not meet the required standard. So a bit of good (they intercepted something that would otherwise have gone wrong) and a bit of bad (that it just took so long). Very happy with the product and a patient and polite delivery service.

We’ve used Gobooney for years now and administratively, they seem pretty slick. We’ve never encountered a problem with them. However, I’d have a few points I would raised.

It would be so much easier, and especially transparent, if the they advertised the true and total price of hiring a Campervan. Something promoted at one price escalates as soon as you start the booking process. I’m not saying it’s unfair or wrong, just that it would be nice to know.

I also think the photo’s of vehicles should be kept up to date - obviously, the photo’s need to be attractive but many do not tell the entire story. The vans suffer the wear and tear that anything would over time so often their conditions is to be expected but again, it’s about transparency.

All that said, we’ve rented probably 5 or 6, different vans over the years… never had a problem and the owners have always been very helpful and upfront.

We ordered a camp bed. It was delivered a day prior to the quoted date and proved to be an excellent product. No problems at all. I was worried that Evri were the preferred delivery agents as, to be honest, having had several bad experiences in the past might not have placed the order had I known! That said, the delivery guy was brilliant so all told, a really good experience.

Great customer service, delivered on time, really helpful with the artwork.
