Contacting customer service is not an activity I look forward to. I’m always ready to be patronized, misunderstood, or at least frustrated.
Not the case when I contacted Oura about my barely a year old Oura Ring 4. I was believed and my expensive ring was easily replaced. Thank you for an excellent experience. Praying this o e lasts!

Ordered (2) Ratfink stickers - 100% happy. Order (1) Ratfink T in an XL women’s cut and it looks bad. Washed horribly and there was some kind of sticker on the shirt I didn’t see so that’s now a mess of glue on the shirt. I like the design but the execution was not good 👎
