They informed me that my item was backordered and it would take them at least 8 days to get it. So I asked for my order to be cancelled because I needed it sooner. They did so right away.

Great service! I had reserved my car at the wrong airport in Milan (there are two) and they called me up to alert me of my error and asked what I wanted to do about it. I also highly recommend the Elefast service, it works smoothly and makes car pickup a breeze.

Chatted online with a very helpful assistant who could guide me on choosing the right size for the Peacoat jacket. He shared a sheet with exact measurements for the jacket which allowed me to select small (wasn't sure if small or medium would be right for me). Just got it and it fits perfectly. Love it. My journey started with buying a hat - their newsboy hats are amazing.
