Scan website - do not order from this company. I paid for an item many months ago and despite numerous emails and chasing, I have received neither the product or a refund. Completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately the recipe has recently been changed, almost doubling the calories and changing the taste. Prior to this it was my favourite drink but, even more annoying is that I had no idea that t said recipe had changed and they had replaced the beetroot based spirit with vodka so, during the last promotion, I purchased 36. I now have 36 cans of a drink I don't like the taste of and won't be drinking as vodka makes me anxious.

I bought a scarf, jumper and Prada bag, all of which arrived today. I'm so delighted - one of my favourite purchases over the last few months. Also, for pre-loved Prada, I'm not sure you'll find better, more honest pricing.

I have repeatedly emailed regarding an order which never arrived. I keep receiving automated emails in response with inconclusive tracking. Weeks have passed with no help or response. Order #74900.

I have been so pleased with the product but my renewal delivery has not arrived and it takes days and days to get a response.

Not only have I bought the most beautiful pieces from SOTT, after years of problematic selling my designer items on EBay (non-paying bidders, people sabotaging items upon receipt, making false claims), they have been nothing short of excellent with their selling service, removing all the aggravation - it's seamless. Molly is particularly efficient and friendly to deal with. I recommend them to everyone x

At the risk of sounding melodramatic, these drinks have changed my drinking habits for the better, immeasurably. Gone are my free-poured night caps with mixers packed full of caffeine, sweeteners and preservatives. My hangovers are non-existent and I am drinking at least 50% less vodka/spirits per week - perhaps more. The 3am restlessness and anxiety is gone thanks to the conservative measures and fresh ingredients. I especially love the lime version. For the first time in many, many years I am not suffering with anxious, guilt-riddled, amnesiac hangovers and I feel like I can enjoy alcohol as it should be enjoyed: safely and responsibly.
