So far everything about payment, contact and service is very good with the pro suscription. The only detail is they are sometimes too selective with some artwork and track name. But in the other side accelerator is to my point of view positive so i come back. We will see in the future.

Happy to use Tunecore. All is very fluid, responsive and quick on questions and problems. I'm on a pro selection. One thing is for some titles release, they sometimes don't accept it and others aggregator will, so it give little bit confusion but most of the time it's all good. My opinion change since my last review and i can confirm that they make good effort to evolve in a good way.

My experience was bad. Communication at first was ok but the release take too much time to go live (one month a half delay) and tunecore refuse to admit that a bug occur from their system.
Then another release they change the name without telling me. All and all there is some good things: one unique payment per year for multiple releases, very good quality of the files transmitted, no problem for a cover but unfortunatly i was not satisfied by too much details and i prefer go elsewhere. It may fit others however
