It was the worst experience i ever had. I just wanted to book a place for my dog, they said they will call me back, but they never did, i called them 3 times, each time i had to wait for 45min on hold and the chat service was even worse. They just closed the chat without any explanation. And u know what? My friend called airline , it was solved in 2 min. Opodo is worst!!!!
