I went to Alfonso Soler's office on the recommendation of some friends.
Basically my wife and I were buying a villa in Altea Hills and we had no idea how the whole buying process worked in Spain.

In his office we got our NIE (foreigner's identification number) and from there we gave him general powers of attorney to take care of everything, from opening a bank account to signing the deed of purchase at the notary's office.
He also paid the taxes and took care of registering the house in the land registry.
