Journii photo books

I was previously using another photo book company but they were becoming very expensive. I stumbled across Journii by accident and decided to order a photo book from them. After getting used to their process, which didn't take long (I'm not great at computer stuff!), I managed my first book! I've since done 2 more. The quality is fantastic and the ability to individualise each page is great. I will certainly be doing more books and highly recommend them to anyone wanting beautiful memories.

I should have read the reviews before.....

I should have read the reviews before purchasing! I ordered what appeared to be a very nice red jacket, however what I received was far from the advertised piece. Firstly it was an orange colour, very poorly constructed with inferior material and no label. It was as if it was made in someone's house, not a manufacturing facility. Would definitely not recommend!

I ordered a DVD on pre order over 12…

I ordered a DVD on pre order over 12 months ago. I've asked for an update twice. Finally I have asked for my money to be refunded, but nothing is happening. No acknowledgement of my request to be refunded. From what others says, do not pre order from this company. Your DVD will never arrive.

Black Friday 50%off sale

Disappointingly, the so called 50% off Black Friday sale did not eventuate. I've ordered many photobooks previously and have always received the discount. The discount today was $32 on an $200 book. That is not 50%.

"Melbourne's Finest" shoes.

"Melbourne's Finest"😂 I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing some shoes which looked great on the site. They arrived this evening (from China) and are nothing short of plastic rubbish. No labelling on the shoes, the sizing is way out ( I ordered a size 10 and it would be pushing to fit a size 7!). Extremely poor quality and misleading information. The site sounds like they are in Australia and have beautiful leather shoes. Nothing could be further from the truth. Avoid at all costs!
