I had brief contact with Solvey and was helped very fast, I was supported and they helped me as best they could. I bought their inside and out kit and I couldn’t be happier that I did. What usually lasted weeks, sometimes even months on end was resolved in a couple of days. I cannot thank them enough.

Ordered Emu Funfair Swirl DK in the colorway Dodgems. The buying experience was pretty good though the cost even after I checked conversion rates went up by a few more euros when checking out. I don't know if this has to do with PayPal. The page with last orders has the bare minimum when it comes to Information you need and for a few days I didn't know where my package was at until my local duties office notified me of it's arrival. After that, it took several more days to arrive but this wasn't due to the knitting network. When it finally arrived I was surprised to see that all the skeins were just in the box, no wrapping, nothing. Luckily, the skeins are looking good and are very pretty. One star is lost on the very non protective packing method. I get that it's more environmentally friendly but when shipping to a different country at least some paper wrapping would've been nice. Especially since the box was dented.

I would definitely order here again should the opportunity arise.

They really force this program upon you. I only needed it to fix an audio driver thing (didn't work), I was desperate and plunked down 36 euro's for a program I am never using again.
