6 hours between the first contact and…

6 hours between the first contact and the doctors visit. Vet came for less than 5 Min. Very superficial examination. I got told to come back 2 days later to see the eye doctor ( 2 days with an Eye injury????)
I got medication for 2 days for an extraordinary price and a prescription with a wrong Diagnose. And for all this they ask me to pay 3200SEK.

Hi Sue. At times, the wait in the emergency room can be lengthy due to the high number of critically ill animals we need to assist. We understand that this may result in several hours of waiting. Der Versand war schnell

Der Versand war schnell. Das Gerät selber ist vom Display her viel, viel zu klein. Wenn man etwas per Photo übersetzten will, Brauch man eine Lupe, um die übersetztung überhaupt lesen zu können. Google Übersetzer deutlich besser. Gerät war ein Fehlkauf
