I ordered my leggings on the 22/01 and…
I ordered my leggings on the 22/01 and got tracking link on the 23/01. It didn’t work. I didn’t have any news about my package neither from the store nor from the shipping company. I contacted them and the answer was „we are investigating it”. 3 working days later - no news.

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. 2 of my parcels were marked as delivered to the mailbox. I opened the mailbox and nothing was there. I made a complaint and they said “we have a confirmation they were delivered”. And ignored my complaint. I never received the goods that I ordered. I even assume that the driver was not at the address / or left it in a wrong address. No proof that the driver was there (gps or photo of the parcel) was produced. So bad customer service. I am left without the things I ordered.

The worst transport company I’ve dealt…
The worst transport company I’ve dealt with. Only in 6 working days the trains were cancelled or delayed for 3 days. Some due to technical issue, others due to electrical issue. So messy, even their own workers don’t know anything and mislead people about the routes. Such a shame they are the main provider that goes Västerås - Stockholm. I hope there will come a day when another company will do that route and I won’t have to deal with them anymore
