Too slow no transparency

I’m doing a bank transfer to buy a car in Germany. The transfer is blocked at this bank acting as an intermediary for 10 days now. My bank HSBC requested the status 4 days ago, still have no response. The seller has already requested the export license and its expiry is in several days. It’s really frustrating! How a such large commercial bank can have such poor and slow service.

Horrible quality and service

I've passed 2 orders in a short interval and received only 2 of the 3 items for the first order. For received items, the quality is horrible!! Catastrophic sewing (stray threads everywhere, label not aligned..), material with very bad quality, stains... Nothing is similar to the photos on their website or social media. Also I never received the 2nd order and they refuse to refund. I will never order again.
