An absolutely frustrating experience dealing with this incompetent and ridiculous company. Many months and dollars wasted sending mail as we are overseas and no assistance to close the account. No phone assistance, no email, no chat, couldn’t use the app. A complete scam in my opinion.

I was totally ignored when I went in to the Showroom at Bokarina. Two girls at the counter, didn’t acknowledge me. I looked around and waited for assistance, two other staff came and walked past me, still no one even said hello.

Service staff might need to be trained in customers requesting to use Afterpay
