When i buy anything I should receive good to exellent service and I did in the past and present. What I really apreciated is when I made mistake and ordered parts which I possibly did not need and realization of that came to me and hour after I made the order I contacted Parts Avatar help and they canceled the order without delay and hasle and refunded the money. Very good service Thank you

I visited the store in person and all was good. Then ordered on line several times and all was good again. Keep stacking.

I ordered 4 spark plugs this morning. Curb pick up in the afternoon. Both packages each containing 2 plugs were opened. Not even taped close or any other attempt to prevent items falling out of broken packages. I went on web and the same store has 0 in stock now. I guess i got what they found under or in some bin. I did not ask the old woman to bring me properly packaged items then but tomorrow i will drive 36km and return them. Terrible, just terrible.
