I have used door controls direct a number of times. Each time they have offered great service, excellent pricing and quick delivery. It just makes jobs a lot easier when you have suppliers you can rely on.

I’ve opened an account with them as an electrical contractor. Used them twice since and both orders have been poorly serviced.
First one the branch never contacted to say the products were available. Until I called them. Then I got an email 3 days later to say your order is ready for collection.
Second one was for a delivery. It never arrived. FedEx said it had been delivered. Proof of delivery had name incorrectly spelt. I know how to spell my name!!
The online team said they would track and speak to courier company and get back to me. They never did. I chased them.
10 days later the local branch called and asked if I knew a delivery was waiting there for me!
I had already been told it had categorically been delivered to my home address and no way could it be at a branch because the courier wouldn’t have that address. Utter shambles.

First time using any lamp. Very efficient services

First time using Electrical Direct. Impressed with stock levels and pricing. Delivered next day even though I ordered late in the evening.

Once again excellent service from FFX. I needed a replacement VDE screwdriver handle. FFX had it in stock and at a good price. Delivered the next day without any problems
