I have been ordering from NS4L for a couple of years now. There have been zero problems at all up until my last order. I typoed on the quantity of an item in my order and ordered 19 items instead of 1. I didn't notice until the payment went through. I figured, oh well, at least I will be well-provisioned for a while. When I received my order, I got only 4 items instead of 19. I attempted to reach customer support multiple times via email and on social media, and never got a response. I have never given a one-star review, but the difference between the amount paid and the items received was $1035. I have copies of all receipts and a photo of the box as received to prove it.
